Spa Manager – Full Time

We are currently looking for a Full Time Spa Manager.  Previous management experience and post secondary education is required.  This person is responsible for overseeing all staff from recruiting to hiring and training, day to day operations, plan and direct spa training opportunities, assess employee performance, ensure spa equipment is functioning at its best, ordering of products and supplies, perform accounting duties, such as recording daily cash flow and preparing bank deposits, respond to client inquiries and complaints, schedule staff, develop annual marketing strategies and oversee social media, schedule guests appointments, oversee group bookings, participate in continuing education to maintain current knowledge of the industry.
