Cancellation policy

If you should need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours notice. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of service’s cost. Package reservations require 48 hours notice. Group booking for four persons or greater are subject to a seven day cancellation policy. Thank you for your consideration.
